Minmitar lacks any eWar whatsoever, but has a paltry sprint speed advantage over the others, while the cal scout has decent eWar that is sub- Amarr and Gal suits, which it trades reduced tank for) Funny. Thats one of my Fits except i use 1 Enhanced ARMOR plate and 1 Complex Range amp. Also i use an AR. Very solid fit, until you try to sneak up behind a couple aof reds and realize they are Sentinels with Boundless... Stealth Storm

Caldari precision is still going to be ok, and the nerf is for the better but the Gal scout fit that i showed will become overpowering, as it has 4x precision cal scout scans with perm under radar, armor rep, and almost double the HP while moving at the same speed. Did i kill you earlier today with it? It's not going to be any more OP or FOTM than it already was. The only difference now is that Caldari is even more afraid of it, and is being forced to use more EWAR modules, which it rightfully should. I haven't actually picked the game back up since I went to Florida 2 weeks ago. I think I will right now though. DUST 514 Forums.
