it will have sub 20 precision, always under radar, ADV RE's, 400+ HP, two proto weapons, and a proto cloak
Oh! I forgot the core locus. Silly me.
EDIT: To fit core locus, you have to use an ADV aSMG instead of PRO, or downgrade the remotes.
Amarr scout will be almost semi balanced, but the scan precision will be invalidating most Cal/Min fits
Therefore, this fit will become FoTM for scouts
However, the HMG heavy will remain the ultimate slayer, so it has a hard counter. But in terms of scout to scout interplay, this fit will be incredibly powerful.

Caldari precision is still going to be ok, and the nerf is for the better but the Gal scout fit that i showed will become overpowering, as it has 4x precision cal scout scans with perm under radar, armor rep, and almost double the HP while moving at the same speed.
Did i kill you earlier today with it?

Its more HP than a min scout can get without stacking plates
