and thoughts on making it a viable defense weapon. I'll start when the ion pistol came out i maxed it out i have level 5 ,pro 5 , sharpshooter 5, and 3 on the others. i can usually kill a caldari and a minmatar with it by rapid firing. but it is hard and u have to sneak up on them. imo the charge shot is practically uselessu cant use it while aiming down sights most of the time for all the shaking around, and if u hip fire it the accuracy is so bad u will probably miss.
The damage is laughable for such a short range weapon with such a small clip and low rof. the only thing fun about this gun is getting a kill with it because its so funny.

lol yea i can kill scouts that arent super armor stacked with ion but man i got a heavy down to 1/8 of his armor and i switched to take him out and it almost took a whole clip.

yea the one shot overheat is dumb and that is an amarr trait anyways how did gallente get stuck with an overheat weapon

It would make more sense to call it a Gallente thing since Gallente has more weapons that overheat than anyother race. Lawyered.
didn't think about turrets lol but none of them overheat in one shot do they. explain that one to me

ok it has an overheat but a one shot over heat is not neccasary. i made this forum to give ideas on how to make it better not argue with some guys. so any suggestions

i like the mini shotgun thing but then they mite have to reduce clip size to about 2-3 since it is a side arm but it sounds awesome
