Do you even armor tank bro?
Better yet, do you even gallente bro?
A new high slot idea for armor tankers. Check it out in the features section.

pegasis prime wrote:Lastly i read your thread and think it's a terrible idea that would really only benefit brick tanked gallente suits as it would allow them to brick tank armour plates and achieve a moderate amount of armour repair .
No. It increases you suit repair by a percentage. If you brick tanked your suit and only relied on the base suit armor regen it would do almost nothing. I'll just assume you are dumb and move on.

No its not. It's a elegant solution to the fact that armor tankers have to either dual tank or stack damage mods. See how shield tankers have regulators? Hmmmmmmmmm. I dont even armor tank. I use minmatar. But the fact is, that when Amar assault gets its 2/5 layout, the gallente assault will have to dual tank to compete. On top, it's hardly game breaking. Even using 3 of these things at proto, and two pro armor repairs, you'd get plus 15 hp/s after a 6 second delay. I made them quite CPU intensive so this would be extremely tough to do. But again assuming that was your fit and you had 500 armor to repair it would save you a grand total of 9 seconds. That's 3 of those things a proto for 9 seconds. This is a solid idea to end dual tanking in dust.
But of course if you've got a better one go ahead and suggest it. I'm guessing that your brain is incapable based on your track record here. Gg bro

I'm not taking offense to it. When someone simply says, no terrible idea, I assume they are trolling or stupid. So, thanks for replying with concerns.
Let me ask you something, in a world where no one dual tanks and there are no armor related high slot modules, how does a gallente assault make use of its 3/4 layout to be on par with the amarrs 2/5 layout?
They wouldn't be regening like low HP shield tankers. Us shield tankers push repair rates of 40 hp/s +. The armor tanker would have to design his whole suit around regen to make these work. The idea alone doesn't tip the balance, perhaps too high of numbers would but that's a different story.
I've also advocated shield regulators to get further buffed. The idea is to move away from dual tanking and brick tanking.
