No doubt, every game does.
However, I'm willing to bet cash money that Destiny will be more polished out of the gate than Dust is (even now), any significant problems will be sorted out reasonably quickly, and Bungee won't just give up and abandon it (and it's players) less than a year after it's release.
Face it, Dust has set a pretty low bar. |

The AI enemies in Destiny will probably be tougher than most of the current HUMAN players in Dust (myself included  ) |

True, I doubt any single game will kill Dust, but it dies a little more with each new game released.
That, combined with the fact that there is no new content to look forward to, CCP has left it's players with very little reason to jump ship to better, more polished games that actually HAVE a future.
Destiny will be just another nail in the coffin. |
