No iv not seen the numbers. I thought they were giving the amarr scout the cal bonus.

I run proto amarr scout and assault, not cal anything except knives and the RR sometimes.

If you haven't seen the numbers you have no right to complain about them.
The changes are well deserved, cal scouts will no longer perma scan yet, amarr scouts become very good at close ramge scanning.

Haha, as someone who runs the suit that's getting changed, who the fk are you?. I was told by someone who is usually reliable that the cal bonus was going to amarr.
