Normally I'd say no as well but this game needs to be more newb friendly, its not eve where the x amount of stuff to do for fun.
How about I apply my own logic in the fact that if this game had a subscription then there'd be less actual scrubs playing?.

Actually it don't matter, I think CCP made the right move with legion.
On console, people seem to demand less of everything but on PC, we like variety and options.

Maybe they should put a subscription on a dying game. Milk this game for all it's worth to fund legion. It is not like I already gave them CCP plenty of my money already.
You could have at least masqueraded as wanting to help the newbs, this means more fights and more isk while keeping newbs in the game and letting them think that they are having fun.
