You don't need a team for the sockets, hence why they call them sockets. All it takes is some switching around. You don't need a team for that. Game modes. Why not? Let's get some new game modes. You've been around long enough to know that if CCP has not added anything since 1.8, its not gonna happen. Specially when they say "new stuff miiiiight happen, but probably not", that means "new stuff? Ha! Yeah, no".
If you want brand new sockets, that requires design, programing, and whatever other departments that Dust no longer has access to.
If you want the sockets just mixed around, again, youve been around long enough to know when you play a map for the 506trillionth time the objectives could be inside the bunghole of a dead space whale. Its still the same objective in the same spot of the same map in the same game. Its like the matrix. "I dont even see the code anymore. All I see is Alpha, Heavy, Maddy, Delta.
A bit unrelated, but remember the big to do about the volcano setting? Remember the vague-ery on what that actually was going to be? Remember how it turned out to be a background? Anyone even noticed that thing in months lol? And that was when CCP was supposedly devoting its full attention and capabilities to Dust. A friggin backdrop lol. My bad, they released the Research Facility as well. Must have been a lot of work. |
