The current way CCP is doing things, is to say things once they can deliver.
From my personal view, it's good marketing to release tidbits periodically to maintain interest and demonstrate progress. I'd also definitely like CCP to commit to certain investments being preserved for players, even if they don't know the final form it will take. Slightly off topic but relevant: has CCP Z emerged from his man-cave with Progression 4.0 yet?
3.0 from CPM perspective has not requested a meeting yet due to CCP Z's current ongoings. Soon as those are deal with we'll request one. (or he may beat us to that punch)

Id like to tinker with it and items, then present it back to everyone on the forums for discussion, then pass it to Z to make money from it.

Abandoned that and wanted to shift CCP Z's 2.0 into a certificate system while in actuality we stick to the original skill layout that can be accessed (expert mode)
