I sent it to him from my corps wallet, all the tax coming in today pushed it too far down, not on there anymore.. regardless, his response alone shows he's guilty "I'll send it when DUST decides to work on my PS3, it seems bugged and I've tried to redownload" I'm trying not to be disrespectful but seriously, if nothing can be done about this because I can't get a photo you're about as useless as the American justice system. That response is a 100% guilty verdict, hell he even just pleaded guilty with that comment. So will proper action be taken?

Oh good Samahiel already found this thread. I'm not sure that the Goonfeet Ethics Department has any real jurisdiction over other corps in SPERG but failing the GED Sama is the one that can get this straitened out.

Next time we call a SPERG grand summit we'll have to discuss if the GED has any authority over the rest of the alliance, I know a few of our guys want to help make Dust a better place however we can but I worry we may spread ourselves a bit too thin if we branch out into other corps. Let me know if you want me to launch an investigation into the matter Sama we can at least collect a few statements if it'll help.

I give, the trolls have defeated me again. +1 point trolls. *claps* But really, after reviewing what that 'Samiel' (I think that was the name) said it is clear to me that they were yankin ma **** on that one. To be fair I did just skim through it. And who's the real loser here? Let us, trolls and anti-trolls alike take a moment to think objectively (trolls, be careful, I know for some this may be the first time you've tried this and it can be dangerous at first), who accomplished what? Samiel, temporarily made me think he/she was serious about something that they actually were not serious about.. if you consider this an accomplishment worthy of even being acknowledged or if you find it funny, you are either A. A troll. or B. Suffer from a mental illness. It's easy to confuse the two and I feel you can't quite comprehend why, but keep trying, trying is all you can do. Now why they went out of their way to try to make me believe something that wasn't true, I guess there is maybe something neurologically wrong with the "troll", as normal human being would not have brains so easily stimulated. Why are they only considered trolls when they are communicating with you virtually though? In the so called "real life", or what I call non-virtual, they'd be called, dicks, assholes, immoral, sadistic, twisted, jerks etc.. but why on things of virtual communication are morals just put aside? What's the difference between your virtual and non-virtual life? I'm sure some of you are just like that way in "real life", but that means you especially can't be excused for your behavior.. I think that if your sole purpose is to make others lives a little less enjoyable, no matter the reason, you shouldn't get to live yours. Not because you deserve it, not because the people you're harming don't, but because the world doesn't need you, in fact, it'd do better without you. I believe that what is good and bad, right and wrong, is decided by individuals, my morals say that what you do is wrong, and facts say your actions will or already have harmed another.. so why keep you around? If you are in no way contributing to the purification and ascension of humanity then you should be discarded, end of story. It's a simple concept really, you cut away the bad apples so that the rest of the tree can thrive. I don't expect anyone to respond to this with a shred of serenity or seriousness, you're too focused on trying to invoke negative emotion in me.. (you have and will fail) but I just wanted to let the common "troll" know how I feel about them. And while I also don't believe in free will and that people DESERVE to have things happen to them due to their actions, I sure do feel that that is the case. If I could, despite my belief, I'd cause you as much physical distress as possible before being permanently removed.
