We all have 3 codes, 1 is for me, 1 for ktm and 1 for texwiller, i can't give you any of my codes.
Technically I still don't have them, redeem doesn't work in EU ps3.

When you redeem the code on their site, it gives you the option to choose your console: 360, PS3, XBONE, PS4, the code is universal.

You know, you can still pre order off of amazon and get the pre order code then just cancel.
They don't charge you a dollar till the game actually ships.

That is awesome to know but I currently have no way to do that, won't for at least a couple more weeks. I take it the codes you have are strictly PS4?
I may try to convince my brother to let me try using his card but he's kind of anal about what his card gets used for so I'm not sure if he'll go for it.
