There is understanding the situation that your mad at and just being mad at the situation. CCP = Crowd Control Productions. Seriously.. Wiki it.. that is what it really stands for. That is how EVE has been developed.. and that is how their PR works when they mess up. nothing in that manner should be a surprise.
