Yeah, so, Amarr/Minmatar vehicles are never going to happen in Dust 514. Would require new art assets, dev resources, blah blah, you know the drill...
BUT. I'm curious as to the plausibility of variants of our current HAVs being tweaked to provide a mock-up/place-holder of what they could potentially do. Technically this is entirely possible without needing art assets simply by adjusting fitting slots and base stats.
Could even make some 'Large Autocannon'/'Large Pulse Laser' place-holders using the Large Blaster turret as a base and toying with the stats on those.
So, that being said, I'd like to open this thread as a means of hearing proposals of how they would look stat-wise and fitting-wise, bearing in mind their racial combat philosophy and how it would defer from what we already have.

Good idea, use the discontinued tank models (barely remember what they look like) so there's at least a little visual difference. Not sure how they could put a big laz0r on it, but if it's even close, it's a whole lot better than nothing.

This reminds me of the time when we were asking for cal/min/gal heavy placeholders. I remember CCP saying that art isn't the bottleneck in the pipeline but that suit art was actually done long before their gameplay designs were finished.
So, yeah. Unless their methods have changed I won't hold my breath for any placeholders because making racial variants seems to quite a bit of work regardless of whether they're skipping the art part or not.
You can take a benign object, -you can take a cheeseburger and deconstruct it to its source...
