Interesting thought but ultimately the modules need to have the same percentages. Dampening grows exponentially over scanability on top of base stats.

Dampening grows exponentially over scanability on top of base stats. yeah, that's kind of the problem because lets say this did go through, a CalScout would have to devote two slots to counter a scout who is using 1 slot with a complex profile dampner. But Since CalScouts have the highest number of high slots, it allows a Calscout to completely specialize in precision without having to gimp the suit too badly... I don't know. I thought it was kind of a good idea to have us start at 35 db to at least retain some sort of hunter status against other scouts that haven't taken the time to specialize in profile dampening.
