Obvious answer would be that the amarr keeps his distance and charge shots him to death.
Better answer is: The amarr suit's swag is too much for the michelin man suit to handle and so the marshmellow man dies over an overdose of sugar, chocolate, and graham crackers.

Charge headshot to start, then as much cover dancing and normal shots as possible. You will naturally be at a disadvantage as you have a long-range suit trying to tackle something made for close-range slug-matches...
It won't end well... But who the hell cares, the Cal Militia costs isk, and your frontline amarr does not and is literally free, and you're in a stupid part of the map for a long range weapon, next time use the medic suit for close range crap.
EDIT: Also throw a nade at his slow-moving butt if the suit has one.

He can still keep a good enough range to either kill the heavy or lure him out into the open where the amarr can fight on his terms and not the heavy's. I have a feeling that your just going to keep putting the heavy in the better position, something tells me you just want the heavy to win...

If its like 1k ehp, stand on the other side of the supply depoy throw a grenade at feet, start fingering that trigger. Boom heavy should be on 300 armor if all shots hit, wait a second for heat to cool down, finger that trigger again... No scrubs can do this though... |

A charge shot to the back of the head takes out his shields then he dances until the republic HMG over heats. After another charge shot to knock his shields back out he melees him to death while the heavy tries to unjam his gun.
I assume him as a scrub that will overheat his gun because really who runs a cal sentinel.

Charge shot from 1m to the back of the head stops him from hacking, quick run around the sup dep and switches to an Amarr sentinel leaving the Cal with a nasty surprise when he makes it around the corner.

Cal Sentinel has 390 base armor, approaching 500 if Armor is at V, and you know he's throwing a plate on instead of a reg. That's a good 600ish hp to get through after his shields, more than enough for him to turn on a dime and mow you down nigh instantaneously with the HMG.

Bf 4 on the ps4 is beautiful. And they fixed the rubber banding so you can play it now. Been enjoying the rpg it's a great anti sniper weapon huehuehuehue
