With the upcoming changes to scouts (lol caldari) and that codebreakers are going to be high slot modules speed hacking might be a option cause you could get some profile dampeners in your low and codebreakers in the high. Interesting times are ahead for you previously silly minnie scouts. |

They were decent but there was no reason to use them over a cal or gal scout unless you wanted to knife. |

Min is not totally bad, apart from a general lack of resources compared to other scout suits and normal hit detection.
But i miss 1 HP/s armor rep.

The scout is pulling me back.after something as easy as the gallente scout, I want a challenge. Problem is I only have about 100k sp and level 1 min scout. If only I could transfer the sp from gal to min

Or speed hack. I understand that it's a very specialized type of role but I enjoy it. The hack bonus and speed/stamina regen was what made me go for the min scout. I'm sure that a gal scout can make a similar fitting but it's still sacrificing a lot more than a min scout would to do it.
I was skeptical about the codebreaker switch but I guess I should more look at it as a switch from more shield to more speed on my hack suit. That sounds ok to me. |

I was talking to my super hacker buddy about this and we have concerns about moving the code breakers to the highs. For our tactic my buddy deploys from my dropship and hacks the point (usually under 4 seconds) I pick him up and we are gone. Its quick and effective point control and we can save points even if they are half way hacked. If the code breakers were to go to high slots his tank would be severely reduced, making his deployments much riskier. With our tactic speed is not as much of a concern as my python can get him anywhere on the map faster than he can run, he needs his tank when he is hot dropping into a contested point. Our fear is that even with additional shock troops supplementing the drop he will be too squishy for the tactic to be viable. |

I would've gotten it earlier but, I used my 600k to get adv sentinel. I've also had proto knives since mid 1.7 but never had a suit for them. Min scout to 3, then I will get my comedic guns to 5 (flaylock and plasma cannon)

High risk = high reward right? Even then if you are running said tactics if you are an ADS it should be fine if not(if you are low on isk) he'd have to -shudders- stack a..a..a.amour ugh... makes me sick advising that for a min scout but he'd have to adapt.. my friend runs around with 125 shields and 60 or so armor and hacks without being caught I do need my tank(ferroscale)when I hack if something happens I didn't account for but I only run one complex CB while my friend runs 2-3 at times faster hack can mean less danger but more venerable. I guess you'd have to be more accurate when having his back or he could stop hot dropping and you cause a distraction in the air while he can hack? We just have to adjust to the changes I've always wanted a DS pilot on my side like you but hey lol just got to adapt to what we have and know how to best use it.
TL:DR Some of us don't need tank to hack but if you do ya have to adjust. |

You still get to see the letter turn red. That would be the ultimate stealth hack.
Anyway, it was totally off-the-cuff thought - no idea if it would be broken or not, so do explain :)
