However those bonuses wouldn't be nearly as good as if they were on a different racial suit (Amarr - uplinks, Caldari - Nanos, Gallente - Scanners) Do you want nothing but MinLogis on the field? Because this is how you get nothing but MinLogis on the field. Many people already play Minmatar for the reptool bonuses, this just further improves their decision.
