He blatantly tried to obtain a weapon to CHEAT in this game. He tried to further himself and his corporation through taking advantage of clear broken mechanics and cheating.
Chasing the FoTM is one thing, but to flat out take it a step further and cheat is NOT who you should have for CPM. I have zero doubts that he will use his CPM power only to obtain unfair advantages for himself.
My problems with Zatara are more along the lines that he likes to stab too many people in the backs, and go back on his promises. That said, that is part of New Eden, and while I didn't vote for him, this is not why.
I didn't vote for him because his vision doesn't agree with mine. That said, I appreciate your feedback, but at the same time it is unsubstanciated and might be considered mud slinging. Unless you have proof, your argument is irrelevant.

Until you speak with me, drawing conclusions about who stabbed what back (aside from one backstab I did which was to DNS and planned all along after THEY BACKSTABBED TSO's) is really just plain silly. I am sad our visions for dust to be better did not meet though.
Let's see - you were applying for membership to Legacy Rising, and during this process you actively took districts from us. Seems like backstabbing to me.
Don't get me wrong - I'm ok with what you did - this is New Eden and I've seen much worse and not taken offense, which is why I didn't use this as a reason not to vote for you.

I took districts from Legacy Rising? I think I rang on a contract for ML or STB maybe. I'm actually really interested in this BTW, not to derail his bullshit but I may owe somebody an apology. Who's corps were in LR?
I believe you were ringing, as I think about it now. I had sent you an email from my Eve character explaining the situation and heard nothing but crickets in response. It pissed a lot of my leadership off at the time. Primary contact for recruitment would have been the CEO for KNIGHTZ OF THE ROUND, though you might have worked through one of my other directors. I don't recall which of our corps you fought against - that was toward the end of 2013, and I've slept some since then.

And yes, it was likely a contract with STB - we had a a bit of a rivalry with them and their alliance at the time.

I had actually contractually agreed to not fight you guys, but I spoke with your leader about it because I had already accepted the contract prior to. I did not flip any districts from FA and have not played you since. More a misunderstanding IMO than a backstab. The ONLY backstab I ever wanted to do was DNS. And that was retaliatory.
Oh LRA went belly up after I gave up leadership. I was executor of the alliance and was tired of the BS of getting the Eve side to pony up and fight for our Dust mercs - I've played Dust for over 2 years, and played Eve for nearly 7 years now. I did my best to try to build as much good will in Eve as I could for Dust - wasn't good enough. The only time I could convince my considerable Eve fleets to venture to Molden Heath to support our boots on the ground is when I would lead the fight.
We ran into General TSO's during that time by the way. We kicked their ass. Once LRA basically went belly up, General TSO's picked up the pieces and became more dominant in the region Eve side.

I have to say though - when I did get the guys to show up Eve side, they loved knowing they killed expensive proto suits every 3 minutes - and would cheer (literally) during combat comms and immeidately ask during the battle what the result was. Had to yell at them to shut up when people showed in local. Also - they were even more ecstatic when we explained the Aurum suits they were killing as well.... They loved taking real money out of players hands. I just wish the love would have lasted - but we started having one of 2 things happen: 1) no combat Eve side, or 2) getting hit with fleets from the local pirate population at the same time we were fighting off the other Eve/Dust alliances - we could handle one or the other, but not both at once, sadly.
