This is the part of Hotfix Charlie I'm most excited about:

I think there is't enough talk about what would happen if this change were to occur (and I'm hoping it does).
My predictions:
- High slot-dominant Caldari and Minmatar will become excellent shock troopers. Shield-based suits were already better for shock tactics, and now they can fit the hack mods they didn't have low slots for before. MinScouts probably wont feel thing, but I know what I'm fitting in my dropship trooping Cal/Min Commandos
- Armor tanking Amarr and Gallente (in particular) will experience few more high-slot utility fittings. I imagine it will be nice to dedicate lows to tank since 1 more useful electronic mod will now be high. I don't see a reason not to put at least one on my A-Logi. I am counter-hacking all the time playing defense.
- As I imagine all of the Gal/Amr Logis/Scouts/Assaults changing over to at least one Complex Codebreaker, I feel as though the game as a whole is going to be a little faster paced. The days of waddling over before the point gets hacked are numbered. Dropship flying over? It's already too late, get ready to counterattack.
- As this happens I also foresee an increased need for transport vehicles. DS pilots and LAV drivers will be needed. ADS are already getting pretty scary, and now is their time to shine. Thinking about this, solo-er Tanks kind of seem obnoxious, almost a waste of slots. I would rather get there fast for the counterhack, we don't need more kills.
- High slot codebreakers also might make heavies even more of a nuisance. I don't really know, would heavies forego that damage mod?
This may or may not shake up the field a little. If it does it will be refreshingly chaotic.

heavies will be extremely annoying if they fit codebreakers.
first its hmg heavy spam.
now it'll be hmg/hacker heavy spa,.
guess I better pull out my boundless remotes on those points ALOT more often.

The heavy spam was because of the scout spam in the first place.

They could just eventually give a penalty to Codebreakers or increase the fitting cost, then give scouts a fitting reduction to keep them from getting out of control on other fits, but I don't see much of a problem happening to be honest.

If the codebreaker is getting a PG increase then... wtf
Codebreakers are already extreme in terms of fitting.
And that will put a boot in my Gallente Assault plans considering my PG is MAXED.
Like literally, maxed, armor is extremely intensive on PG.

highs:
2x complex codebreakers
lows:
2x complex kincats
2x enhanced stamina
on a gallente gk.o scout of course.
"assuming all of that would actually fit", but you get the idea.

Codebreakers are for high speed shield tankers and should stay in the low slots. If im hacking in my min scout suit i need the highs for precision mods so i can spot an approaching enemy or I need my shields to protect me if I don't have precision mods.
