I find it absurd that a sniper can take down a scout with 2 complex kincats from 400+ or 500+ meters. So the Sniper predicted your movement, and lined up his shots perfectly, and was rewarded with a kill for properly aiming the weapon (kind of like every other weapon in the game?)
Working as intended.

Is there a problem with getting kills, and then relocating to a different spot? You can't contribute to your team if your camping in one spot the entire game. Though allow me to laugh at that statement, as that can quite literally define every role in the game (other than Support Logistics).
Clone D wrote:Technically, aliasing is a problem. If someone appears as a dot on the screen, then all a sniper has to do is put his crosshairs on the dot and squeeze the trigger for a headshot. I know. I've done it. There is no skill to this. The only way to get a headshot, is to aim your reticule over their actual head. Simply aiming at them will result in a body shot (or sometimes a Shield Flare).
I'd like to see some credible evidence proving your assertion.
Clone D wrote:I propose that some complexity be added to sniping, like windage and gravitational effects, so that sniping cowards are forced to acquire some level of skill to kill from some unknown position 400+ meters away, as opposed to giving a rifle to some amateur and telling him to align dots for the kill. Sure, if the damage on Sniper Rifles is increased exponentially.
Clone D wrote:They don't have to move while aiming. Add a different degree of difficulty to the role. It's currently moronically juvenile for the context of this game. Other than NKs, SGs, and AV Weapons, no gun in this entire game requires you to actually move while aiming, so why not put some actual skill into the other weapons too?
