What kind of percentage will the amarr scout have for precision? What is going to stop the amarr scout from being just as strong as the caldari scout pre Charlie hotfix with shared scans? Seems to me with all those low slots range amps stacked would put the amarr far superior to the caldari scout.
I'm sorry but all ewar bonuses should be applied as efficiency bonuses to modules not passively gained. Without efficiency bonuses you start allowing light frames to encroach into medium frame ehp territory and allow them to far exceed the capability of the other class due to heightened ewar, speed and smaller hitbox.
I don't mind balancing because this game needs it. It just needs to be balanced appropriately so there isn't this endless cycle we have now.

Not sure why anyone would like his post, well besides for people who are clearly misinformed like this troll.
Caldari scouts have 4 highs at prototype. Even if a proto scout stacked all 4 with complex precision enhancers coupled with their passive, a galscout with two dampeners and prototype cloak will be completely invisible on tacnet. This still allows the galscout to have higher primary tank, if wanted, enrich itself with more ewar or biotics over the caldari scout.
Now the amarr scout will be taking over the precision duty with only two highs at proto. I do not know what kind of percentages the calscout and amscout will receive but I'm having a bad feeling about this. Plus there is really nothing stopping the amarr scout to perform in the exact same way the caldari has been, it may even be worse because of stacking for range amps.
Typical caldari build is two extenders, two precision with 1-2 range amps.

I started playing again this week.
I spent 3 mill in Cal scouts ( i already have Proto gal)
I come in the forums
See the CAl scout is getting nerfed (anyone can specify what exactly)
I'll be back,maybe, in 4-6 months... its not even getting nerfed, its just getting longer range scans with less precision Yeah.because its not hard enough to detect Gal scouts as it is.Me myself being a double cx Profile dampened Gallente scout already laugh a CAl scouts...
The main problem is people are butthurt about passive scans being shared with squad. So because currently the cal scout sees most suits, amarr is getting a better scan profile then it's current state and cal will get a reduction even though scans will still be shared.

@ checkmate - I'm in agreement with you but that is a server-side (?) Fix that ccp will not do due to budgeting for legion.
