Most PC teams will have mostly amarr and gal scouts. Min scouts will still be a rare sight unless they're dying at a control panel. Cal scouts will still be around but they'll just EHP or regen tank. Also, HMG heavies have always been more FoTM than scouts, and with cal scouts losing ultimate wall hacks, gal heavies will continue to reign supreme

Min scout will always have less EHP than every suit and be blind. 3 Damps and a cloak is pretty much standard for a min at this point if you don't want to get instaganked. Though honestly sometimes it's better to say screw hiding, put a ferro a reactive and a kincat and deal with everyone knowing where you are. 0 points into armor
My fit for when there are no cal scouts is 3x KCs 3x ADV shields, Shotty+SMG/CR+ZN's
IF there is a SINGLE cal scout, i run 3x damps, ADV cloak, 3x Proto shields, ishnoks and boundless CR
Just shows you how much having a single cal scout can break the min scout playstyle

But as proof they are OP, a min scout can get 495 melee damage while cloaked and running at 11.12 m/s
with just under 200 total HP
