This is true. I wonder why people have not come to the definite conclusion that these constant changes only helps stimulate the FOTM pursuits. Its like we are chasing ghosts here.

The omniscient wall. An all seeing short ranged armor scout who may not have the range of the caldari but very few things will sneak up on this suit. I like it because it's not a super scanner but it is tough as a suit and I think the eye of God is an appropriate amarr scout
