Minmatar- 5% to ROF and 5% to maximum Magazine/ Ammo size.
Caldari- 5% to Spool time and 5% to Recoil.
Gallente: 5% to Dispersion and ?

Gallente: 5% to Dispersion and ? Amarr already get the best bonus, I'd rather see a 'defensive' stat oriented secondary bonus. Amarr : existing heat build up and small plate HP bonus. Gallente : Existing dispersion/kick reduction and armor repair bonus Caldari : Existing reloadspeed bonus *with kick reduction added (enabling them to hipfire a lot better with their high kick weapons) and a shield extender hp bonus Minmatar : Existing bonus (except also applied to mass drivers and flaylocks) and a bonus to regulators. Totally forgot about the secondary bonuses, the only weaponry bonus that needs fixing is Caldari. Spool time seems appropriate or recoil.

How about this? I thought long and hard about the damage bonus for Gallente, and after being unable to think of something else worthwhile and fitting for the Gallente, I figured "just give them a damage bonus, they are the cqc brawlers anyway..." Perfect, just what I was trying to get to. The Gallente are a hard nut to crack since their weapons are unique.
