Yeah, kind of like the Scout bonus, except they get a bunch more CPU/PG to begain with.
Not to mention the Cal/Gal Assault has the least COU/PG of all suits(including other assaults)

Yes, and even if you don't fit one you still have massive amounts of CPU/PG.

Then I looked at the spreadsheet values for CPU and PG on suits and starting making fits and theory crafting... and had no problem fitting light weapons and full proto on every scout(Except Minmatar), heavy.. Logi even..
So it made no sense at all why the PG and CPU was so low on the assaults to begin with.. how many months later? meh.
it's either that or give them another bonus... which I feel is a huge can of worms.
What's funny is, the CPU/PG reduction skill was a decent bonus for all assault suits...except Gallente because it already had that bonus!
So all suits got a decent buff in that regard...except Gallente(it was a slight bonus tho, as it shifted from getting a bonus to only hybrid tech to all light weapons/sidearms)

Sir, my Scout skills have been at 5 for awhile.
Its just kind of crappy that my scout can out do my assault.
