An extra 100hp-150hp and an extra 300 damage before overheat doesn't negate the complete superiority of scouts in all other aspects. But seriously in my opinion the Amarr Assault is in a great place with everything aside from maybe a little more passive scan distance to make it actually built to perform in its zone. I would not ever consider it inferior specially after the things I have done to scouts of all races. The fact that it gets the job done doesn't mean it isn't inferior. Tons of people told them way ahead of time that assaults were going to be terrible. Kind of dumb that only the amarr assault has gotten a rebalance since.
