Agreed and to have Heavies that can get over 1100 HP's just in armor alone and to have a Caldari that can barely reach 800 in shields , is a problem .
Most act like the Caldari suits are the best but they really aren't .
All because of the shield regen and that's all that Caldari's have and anybody that plays this game know that shields are weak and their individual short comings are only overshadowed by the worthless nature of the passive Tac Net .
Caldari Heavies need a armor buff since they can not dual tank and all of their suits need a shield buff , screw the extenders getting a buff because that will still shortchange the fact that the Caldari need an overall shield buff to it's suits and an additional armor buff to it's heavies .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

Agreed , and that's suppose to be " their " feature and their strong suit when really the Caldari have gimped suits that only the Minmatar can be compared to in frailness and having to find combinations to create an effective combo .
Caldari Scouts for instance suck , no regen and you have to wear a ranger , dampener and sometimes both so that cuts the tank and regen effect but not only that , extenders create a delay in the " great regen effect " on top of having to use enhancers .
The only balance that can truly be said is that both the Minmatar and Caldari suits are far weaker in comparison to Amarr and Gal .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

Most have Advanced where few have prototype suits , weapons and skill maybe and yes but suits ... you just cant balance a game like this off of items that are scarce to the majority of the player base and think that's productive .

They begin competing with Commandos but hey they have two light weapons. It's a start but if Amarr can squeeze some extra HP's in armor then Caldari should get some in shield , they should have the most shield and stop the comparison to the Gal suits with the stats being flipped .
350 for Amarr armor .
350 for Caldari shield .
It's a change from the norm and that's what is needed because this game is becoming stale .
