The main problem with scouts is the ability to consecutively attack over and over.
My response? Screw scouts! Assaults should do that!
And before you say "but scouts need their regen". No they don't they need stealth to assassinate,not regeneration to go face-to-face. If you're a scout and you're charging at an enemies front,you're doing it wrong.
"Scout have less eHP so they should regenerate faster". Lolno,if less eHP means faster regeneration then why isn't logistics #2 in it,seeing as logistics has only about 30 more eHP than their scout counterpart?

Assaults aren't logistics and shouldn't try to be.
That and logistics base stats are much lower and it wouldn't be right to screw over logistics completely like that.

Regen rate is dedicated by role/suit not HP pool.
Assault need good role bonus. Which is hard to be done because what universal bonus should be good? Thats not that easy. Stop trying to make from them best slayers etc. Thats not the deal.
So the suit meant to be the primary slayer shouldn't be the best at it?
The recon unit called "scout" should?
