You know CCP has explicitly made it clear that boosters or players with suspicious kill values are punished especially for this event.

Why do you even care if he is boosting?
He gets a meaningless digital ratio and proves nothing.

Good for him. I hope he does win because he deserves it not because he killed 6000 people. He dedicated himself to that rifle, he's the epitome of Scrambler Rifle Officer.
Just like Mortedeamor or Aero is the epitome of Laser Rifle. I hope they win.
Just like if the Amarr HAV was out I hope I would win officer tier Laser Cannon, since I've been waiting to dedicate myself to it for a year now..
It's not cheating. I am not sure if there is a rule against finding a buddy and letting him kill you 1000 times...... that's what makes statistics, so pointless in FPS games.
