Another figure walks in wearing a dark cloak. He is nearly the same stature of the guards at the front. One of them narrows his eyes as he spies the faint Khanid insignia on the newcomer's sleeve.
Hm. Kaimeras. He mused. This one is a little more observant than the other. That's curious. He also appears to have an older generation clone implant; best not to incite him unduly. those can be a bit... destabilizing.
He pulls down his cowl, revealing neatly groomed jet black hair, greyed at the temples, and dark eyes. The well-worn collar of an Imperial Guard field officer's uniform just barely peeks out. "Do not be alarmed, guardsman. I am not your enemy."
The guard relaxes as the man offers his sidearm to be secured. "Be careful with that. It is not easily replaced." The Kaimera pauses momentarily to admire the craftsmanship of the obviously old but well made burnished gold and red weapon before he places it in the holding area.
"I am here simply to rest this weary body in familiar and friendly surroundings. I have also heard that some refreshments not readily available outside of our home sectors may be found here." Walking inside, he asks the receptionist if he might have a drink, and sits down with a faint sigh and rubbing of his eyes and bridge of his nose.
Spying the staff cleaning up the broken glass, he looks up just in time to watch Templar Yassavi walk into an unmarked room, and chuckles silently. Some poor soul is about to regret choosing to walk into this place.
"Thank you." He says, as the receptionist brings him a glass and a small tray of food. "No, it is alright. The Classiarii appear to be otherwise engaged at the moment, no need to disturb them on my account. Your hospitality is all I require at the moment."

A young Templar approaches the new comer and bows
" Greetings friend, welcome to the embassy."
The Templar lowers his hood to reveal a young features with green eyes and a elderly but welcoming expression on his face. He has long black hair and a short black beard.
"Might I ask, what brings you to this hall?"
"A pleasure, young Templar. I had heard of the opening of this embassy and wished to pay a social visit to my brothers here in PCLAS."
He tells a brief tale of how his roles within both the Khanid military aristocacy and Imperial Guard proper affect his dealings with the True Amarr and the Classiari in particular. "I cannot reveal any more than that, but suffice it to say that these things are... complicated, at least in an official sense."
He takes a last sip of his drink, and leans back, a wearied look on his face.
"Unofficially I enjoy the company of the Classiarii greatly, and this sector can sometimes be inhospitable to both True and Dark Amarr alike. ." He sighs, gazing at the classical Amarr decor, a stark contrast to the drab world outside the front door. "Our latest offensive has been well fought but taxing to the body and soul as well. This place is a welcome respite."
"But enough about me", he says with a wry grin. "I am but a ronin, a simple vagabond soldier taking a break from his travels. Tell me of your career with the Classiarii. I trust they have not been too hard on you?"

"Yes, God does lay out different paths for each of us. Whither it be a test of our souls or otherwise is not for us to know. Either way, it is good to see someone rise to this higher calling without *gestures to himself as well as the offices of the higher-born Classiarii* being born with the same advantages as we."

John sets down his tea. "Well, I guess duty calls, then. Thank you for sitting with me, Thal Vadam."
He looks around again, pausing as he hears a bit of commotion behind the door Aero disappeared behind. A faint smile crosses his face. This place has been more interesting than I expected. I may stay a bit longer than originally planned... This food alone is worth delaying my return trip. He calls over the hostess, pointing as his all-but-empty tray. "It might be just because I have not been home in so long, but this bordered on sublime. Where do you get food like this in this sector?"
....
"Ah, that makes sense. Disappointing, I had hoped perhaps there was some hidden market I did not know of. Naturally you would have consistent supply lines to the Empire. May I please have another tray, then? I hate to abuse your hospitality but I don't think I will be able to get back there any time soon."
He sits back as she walks away. I could get used to this place... Though I expect they might just put me to work if I stayed. Can't have that!
She returns with a second tray. "I cannot thank you enough. You have been very kind."
Mm. I could eat 4 of these. I am not going to be happy being back on field rations tomorrow. *he hears further commotion* My word, what is Yassavi doing back there? This is a little more entertaining than one would expect from one of these field offices, isn't it.

How odd. Why is he moving in such a statuesque fashion?
John finished the last of his tray and stood up, stretching his back.
Well, I suppose that's enough leisure for today he mused. I'd best be back to HQ.
Walking past the receptionist, he pauses, placing a small golden talisman upon the desk. It bears the mark of the House of Demonsbane, it's coat of arms in blazing crimson.
"Give this to my good friend Kador, with my regards. Should he ever find himself in Khanid space, this may make the trip a little smoother."
John walks towards the door, raising his cowl as he leaves. Pausing, he speaks to the receptionist again.
"Please, give Kador this message: 'The Imperial Guard misses you. I.... I miss you. The life of a mercenary grows wearisome. I will likely soon leave active duty myself, but should Kador return, I am always ready to fight at his side."
He quickly pulls the cowl well over his head, obscuring any view of his face, and hurries out the exit.

A familiar figure in a dark black cowl strides back into the office. As he pulls the hood down to speak the receptionist, an eerie violet glow emanates from the armor underneath.
"I need to speak to Kador. I have heard rumors of a new crusade, and wish to join him. Please take this card to him immediately, he will know who it is from." As she turns to do so, he gestures for her to wait, and reveals a little more of the blindingly bright armor. "The organization I work with has been able to 'obtain' some new technology from the Gallente that he may find desireable."
