The flaylock pistol needs a buff. The least used sidearm needs a buff now.
Maybe an increase in splash damage and a decrease in direct damage, or in increase in splash range.
Somehow or another i need the flaylock to be viable again.

It still needs a buff. There is no reason to run it over an SMG (Short of it's insanely low fitting requirements)
More people use the SMG cause you can actually kill them with full health. This can also be with scrambler pistols, magsec smg, and maybe the ion pistol. Can you kill someone with a flaylock with full health??? You need an extreme amount of skill and patience to use the flaylock pistol.

Either way i just need a little buff. I agree with you that this gun needs skill.

Simply getting kills with a weapon isn't a valid argument when addressing balance, as there are many other factors which could have lead to getting the kill in the first place. Not to mention that there have been several arguments and stat comparisons which prove that the Flaylock Pistol is "UP", so arguing otherwise is a waste of your time.
Will you fit an smg or flaylock to go with your, let's say a caldari scout with a shotgun.
