Min assault needs a 4/3 layout and slight CPU buff
Min Scout just needs PG buff
Commando and Heavy are fine.
HMG needs 25% reduction to DPS, but then a 25% Increase to Clip size and a 25% reduction to Heat Buildup.
Allows for longer bursts of fire, and makes it more of a "Holy crap, HMG I better move" rather than a "Holy Crap, HMG I'm dead"
It should be an excellent way of forcing people out of entrenched positions. Move or die. Right now, it doesn't give you the option to leave really (Med and Light frames. Heavy suits are basically F'd). You just get torn to shreds.

Well of course 5/3 is better than 4/3, but why do we need an extra slot?
Keep it simple. Just make Cal Assault the 5/2 and Min Assault the 4/3

Caldari are Shield tankers, not dual tankers.
Everyone dual tanks them because the slot layout lets them do so, and armor was better than shields for forever.
Let them do why they are meant to. 5/2
