Alliances are not really a part of dust as it stands. What I mean by this is that right now you can do everything you can in an alliance, without one. You also have to go through EVE to create an Alliance. I believe that's correct, please let me know if I got any of that wrong. Anyway I just feel the lines between teams are very blurry. I'm not saying I have all the answers either. Investigate 9/11

The rest were ringers. We covered a defense for an alliance member that had stacked timers. That's what alliance mates do.

True having money helps, but not much glory in hiring ringers Agreed, it takes more pride and gumption to stay at Corp or Alliance level, but we all have our warrior ethics, some overlap and some do not, for example I do not protostomp noobs in pubs, but many people feel this is acceptable.
