This question might seem familiar:
You're very well known for videos demonstrating technical issues and balance problems with the game. A truly valuable contribution. Personally though, I feel that is only one small part of what is involved in being a CPM. What do you feel you have to contribute in terms of ensuring the community is supported from a customer service standpoint? On issues like the EULA/ToS and ensuring CPM feedback is not ignored by CCP, do you feel you'll be able to contribute as strongly? What about regarding the link between EVE and DUST/Legion or metagame issues like alliances and sovereignty?

So you've refused to answer along these lines twice now, for a completely mystifying reason, and now you won't answer because I asked more questions than you want to answer at a time? If you feel that the inquiry needs to be broken up, break it up. I won't be offended if you reformat the question a bit.

It is essentially one topic, and he has been repetitively evading it. Let me rephrase:
Judge, what do you feel you can contribute to the CPM outside of in-game balance issues?

Judge Rhadamanthus wrote:This response is unexpectedly aggressive considering my quite reasonable request that we tackle the topics one at a time.
You had different excuses in your last thread, as well. The goal of me asking is decide if you will be on my voting ballot, and where you will be on it. You have rebuked any attempt to communicate privately, citing transparency, and have refused, multiple times now, to answer questions in a public forum as well.

Judge Rhadamanthus wrote:I have already stated that if the CPM exists, and I am on it and I feel, or the community feel it does not represent them then they should step down. And they should apologise for their failures.
So you would feel, that with no replacement or mid-term election plan, that no CPM at all is better than a CPM doing their best, but falling short?

Judge Rhadamanthus wrote:Do you think that a CPM that is failing and does not represent the community well should continue to act as if it has the support of the community that has rejected it?
Act as if they have support they do not? No.
Try to regain it? Yes. Try to do better? Yes.
Resigning is abandoning the players.

Stepping down is resigning, is it not? You specifically posted above:
Judge Rhadamanthus wrote:I have already stated that if the CPM exists, and I am on it and I feel, or the community feel it does not represent them then they should step down. And they should apologise for their failures.
And if you feel that the CPM should step down in this case, you are suggesting you would resign if this was the case. It seems that is the topic you were addressing, as far as I can tell.

I'm just asking about a point that I find very concerning. If he's going to take a stand on that point, fine, but when I asked him about it, he then said he hadn't posted about resigning... which has me confused.
Has nothing to do with my campaign. I want seven excellent CPM1 members, whether or not that includes myself.

Gabriella Grey wrote:Many of the post I see that seem to look for ways to discredit him are showing every bit of an agenda for why they think someone should not vote for Judge. ... But for the majority I see unfit candidates trying to cover their own short comings by taking the attention away from themselves. Shame on them.
None of us are trying trying to "cover our own shortcomings". There are seven seats. When Judge announced, I was excited about seeing a candidate with such a high reputation. What we have seen in this thread does not meet that reputation. I want the best seven candidates in the CPM, whether or not that includes myself. (There are more than seven candidates who I think will make great CPM.) When Judge first announced, I started asking questions solely to determine how highly I would put him on my ballot, or recommend him on other people's ballots. Unfortunately, he fell very far short of that.
If you want to vote for Judge, vote for Judge. But please don't assume people such as myself have ulterior motives that simply aren't true. If I call someone out on something, it's because I believe they need to be called out.
As for taking away attention from myself, I really actually enjoy facing the tough questions. Please, by all means, question me. Interrogate me, if you wish. I am not covering anything for anyone.

I was merely responding to the claim that I am somehow trying to cover for my own shortcomings or distract from them. I am inviting Gabriella to go right ahead and state those concerns in my campaign thread, if they exist. Not specifically to promote myself as a candidate here in this thread.

Temba Fusrodah wrote:Well this thread has been very helpful in weeding out candidates who are not worthy of getting one of my seven votes. The shameless assault upon Judge, that he handled in a tasteful and professional manner, spoke volumes as to the character of those tossing the rocks.
...
Because Judge has such a strong reputation the competition attempted to pull a "Carl Rove" on him an attack as if his strength was a weakness. Because those attacking lacked the credentials Judge has from his videos the question distorted into "what else can you do?"
Actually, refusing to converse with fellow candidates speaks volume on how well he'll work with the other six of them that get elected. The fact that he hasn't interfaced well with, to my knowledge, a single other candidate in this election, means that he's going to be pretty useless on the CPM if he doesn't learn real fast how to work with other people. His attitude he's shown in this thread won't cut it on the CPM, and nobody's going to tolerate it.
You guys and your tinfoil hats have some crazy notion that there's a secret cabal of people who have it out for Judge. In reality, the truth is, like 80% of the candidates have heavily conversed in advance, loyalties or support completely aside, and we can all, whoever makes it or doesn't, basically create a working productive conversation. That's the goal: That everyone elected participates in a great conversation. If I don't make it on, I know a lot of these people will form a great CPM.
What happened, was when we invited Judge to participate, he refused, because he was too high and mighty to possibly be seen conversing with other candidates. The best I can figure, he thinks he's running for a solitary role, rather than running to be on a Council. His attitude has demonstrated he views us as competitors rather than other people trying to make the game better. The reason we aren't having slap fests in every other campaign thread: Because none of us are actually viewing each other as competitors. We're viewing each other as fellow activists for making the game better. I am not competing with Judge, I want to work with Judge, or whoever else gets elected, to make the game better. Unfortunately, he's given me no reason to believe he can do that effectively, unlike about fourteen candidates who have proven they can.

I'm not speaking for all the other candidates. I'm speaking for myself, and what I see personally, alone.
Temba, you've called out people you think are bad candidates, not because you're competing with them. I assume, or hope, it's because you want to highlight good candidates and put down bad candidates so we get a good CPM. Or what you believe will be a good CPM. Posts such as mine here are not different. I call out Judge for having an awful campaign because he has an awful campaign. I've supported the candidates I believe are healthy for the game, and pointed out those who are not. That's really all there is to it.

Temba, I am a player. Running for CPM doesn't make me any different in other threads. We're all invested in who does and doesn't get selected, whether we're on the council or not. And I may not get elected, and so yeah, I'm definitely interested in who does get that seat, and making sure they're competent individuals.
I'm not running for myself. I'm traditionally more of a behind-the-scenes guy. I tend to admin and support websites for people, poke people to do things that need doing, etc. I am never the popular dude in a community. (I'm really not particularly comfortable being there, normally.) I stepped up to run because I thought we needed good people to do so, and at the time, I didn't see enough of them. There's fantastic candidates out there now, several that will do a great job on the CPM. If I don't win, but enough of the people I endorsed do, I'm a happy camper. If you want ineffective clowns on the CPM, support a guy who refuses to communicate with other people actively. Because dealing with CCP and Hilmar is all about communication. (And everyone who has to talk to Hilmar has a BIG job ahead of them.)
The CPM is a lot of work and a lot of stress. To be honest, I will get a lot more done in my real life if I do not win. (I'd like to work out more, my gym membership is just bleeding my wallet otherwise.) I understand what the job entails, and I want to do it only in that I think I can help. If players decide not to put me in that seat, that's a lot less work for me. I really hope that regardless of who they pick specifically, they pick people who are versed at two-way communication, not a video creator who thinks "I posted a video about this topic" is a thread response.

I'm truly curious if you believe Judge, who's already talked multiple times about either resigning or trying to get the CPM disbanded, sounds more "committed" than someone who's been actively pushing for CPM1 elections and campaigning nearly six months longer than Judge has.
It seems like you are just twisting whatever post you can, in any way you can, rather than holding onto a coherent point or reason. Where I come, we call that trolling.
