Stat wise EDIT: Also will these weapons be salvageable? If I kill you in game, look for a confirmation that says "I Just Killed You"

I'm guessing it's probably the rarest of the rare. I hope this event adds to the frequency that we get officer weapons too. I rarely see them these days in the salvage and it'd be nice to spot a few more floating around. Nova Knives are best sidearm.

Also there was a thale scout, gallente, but rumors of their officer-level-ness are exaggerated. Ppl just never use them or YOLO when they do bc they're so rare
