So the blaster, the things use to be crazy accurate, a big pain in the *** to destroy. But ohhoho man did you guys nerf the crap out of it. There I was on the map with the hill overlooking A in domination, I was in a wide open area and a madrugar with a neutron blaster shows up and begins firing at me. He's just missing every shot as I begin to rush him with my remote explosives. I mange to stick one of them on it but missed the other two, and he's just blasting away at me who isn't even attempting to dodge. I pull out my swarms and start shooting at him (btw i'm like 15-20 meters away from him) and he just cannot hit me, so he overheats, gets out and tries to kill me. poor guy because unfortunately where he got out is the side my RE was on, so I blew him up and took his tank. Oh man I could not kill a single person with that thing, so I abandoned it in behind enemy lines knowing if they got it back, it would serve no threat.
So moral of the story is, I'm glad infantry stand a chance now against tanks. And I am whole-heartedly sorry for people fully specd into tanks at this moment. Their uprising will come again.

Well L Blaster is bad, and not so bad at the same time.
Initially you can get good shots but accuracy rapidly decreases real fast - and that is good.
Now, having had a deep thoughts on the L turret balances, my analysis is that the biggest weakness is that AFTER YOU CEASE FIRE, the reticle starts to stabilize (get smaller) but the STABILIZATION SPEED IS EXTREMELY SLOW.
It takes several seconds. Even two seconds would be barely acceptable, but it now takes longer than that.
[SUGGESTION:] Either: Keep everything else as it is but reduce the time it takes to stabilize. -OR- Add a new skill (change old skill?) bonus that reduces stablilization speed per level That would be a 'soft' skill which wouldn't really affect people who use tanks for AV but would gove better AI capabilities without being as hard as some damage bonuses etc would.
Thing to note, current 'sniping' or 'feathering' the L Blaster promotes skillful shooting, not easy mode spraying or continous blasting. And that is good, of course.

Do you mean that you want to make it disperse faster? I wouldn't mind that. |

Is dispersion on the LB tied directly to heat? If it is, could we have a Heat Sink module that reduces buildup by 10%, but increases cooldown by 10%?
That way tankers can specialize(AkA: sacrifice tank) to slay nubs... I mean. Infantry.
Albeit the LB isn't meant for AI, it would help the SB immensely, and assist the LB in slaying Nubs(read: other tanks) before OH.

heat and dispersion are two separate variables (dispersion is actually many variables on its own) not connected in any way

I'd say one or maybe two. Three was usually enough to snipe most people, so therefore I recommend the max of two.
Better yet, let's see how the improved restabilization works first.
