I logged on today to see I have new gear to distribute to my drop suits. the drop suits seem weak,
the 'Gravepin' N7-A Megsec SMG has the same attributes as the standard N7-A Megsec SMG
also notce got the 'wildlght' Ion Pistol , But that too had the same attributes as the standard ION Pistol
seems the only difference is the 'NAME'
so why bother giving us stuff we already have? with a new fancy name
that is no different that stamping Gucci on the off the rack purse
its called a KNOCK OFF.

A weak event CCP decided to run. The named gear is actually a little different in that it requires less skills or in these cases no skills to use.

It's free AUR gear.
I was all excited for the event, then I realised it was stupid and I could use all the gear for ISK already anyway.

It's just some free gear friendo. Put it in your treasure chest and hold onto it. Or use it for the event. Or use it as "suits to help me get free ISK and have some fun" items. It's all good however you dice it. |

Yeah, kinda boring to receive stuff I can't use because I haven't even put SP into the basic variants of the gear... Nor do I want to until I've finished up a few things, which will cost a few million SP... |

The only difference is that the AUR gear take less skills to use, and at PRO level, they get custom paint Jobs instead of the usual al black with red effects. |
