Cuz people are tracking shot's that even the best players you watch at Esport tournaments can't. Then the same person can't hit a stationary heavy to save their life.
Standing still they can't hit anything... Moving around and they can't miss. and it has nothing to do with player skill. It feels like it would if someone was hitting you with aim bots all day in a PC game.
Shotgunners being rewarded for kills they aren't even fully looking at.
Scrambler rifle and pistols hitting 80-90% accuracy on running and jumping targets..
Deaths for everyone has gone up.
Dust used to have a feeling that when you died to a player you felt as if you died to that players skill, and that your would come back and "get them the next time" and consistently challenge yourself to improve.
It also felt this way when killing another player you bested as it was extremely self rewarding, now killing someone feels bland.. and near "meh, bigdeal" even looking on the killboards and seeing that player high on there doesn't bring the joy of DUST pre 1.4.
TTK has confused people, it was never about the average time to kill, it was about getting shot when you screwed up and it made sense, with DUST's Aim assist and hit detection system working in unison the bullets that often land don't make sense. |

Another PRO who can't deal with getting shot? Why are they going to amp up aim assist all of sudden especially when everyone has forgotten about it?
Maybe the guy just shot, mit happens all the time. I've played games like COD and been accused of aim bot before, but that doesn't make me good.
Looks like its back to FPS Military Shooter 56

With the amazingly bad lag spikes going around lately its not hard to see how people would think there's something screwy going on, but its just the lag.

I always wonder how many other console shooters people have played when they complain about the aim assist, because DUST's is actually quite tame.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.
