Nah I am wholly fond of the new changes. No broken DPS values, out DPSing a Blaster is inherently wrong, however yeah perhaps being able to fire one extra time is necessary.

Nope they are perfectly fine now and it feels really good reading this post knowing that these changes have made quite an impact on all those who would use multiple damage mod railguns, awesome job on this one ccp finally my 20 mill plus sp into vehicles matters again

That's not off the table, better to give its range back slowly to find the perfect point of balance.
