only one ship can drop an orbital at a given time, you can use different ammo for different strikes but only one OB every few minutes.

When dropping and orbital I rely on my squad for direction to drop it (unless the game is nearly over then drop it and hope) My favourite tactic is to keep the orbital unused until we get a second then drop the first on a high concentration of reds as possible then wait a couple of seconds then drop it on the nearest CRU/Uplink cluster. Usually results in killing the same people I just killed all over again and its bloody hilarious.
