 A shield tank must tank armor.
 I still don't know why they put damage mod on the high slot.

 Don't know why they even have damage modules at all.....

 Because otherwise, instead of armour being slightly better, shields would be hugely better.

 Nah because quite frankly that's not how modules should work.
 
 Both shield and armour should be able to passive and active tank.

 Probably a multi hardened+ damage mod gunlogi vs a triple rep +nitro (+heat sink if CCP give us back) maddy, would be an epic duel.
