Difficult to deal with? Hardly, just most AV are scrubs (and have been). Now they just need to nerf shield vehicles and us AV won't have ANY problems whatsoever dealing with tanks. I have more problems dealing with infantry (mitigated by my LAV) than I do any tank on the field. Or **** heads that jump out of their tank to try and deal with me (which is cool with me, cause your tank is STILL going down).
The most unfortunate thing though when killing tanks with AV, is that they STOP calling them down. Leaving me to blow up infantry. Not cool tankers, not cool. I don't care how much money I've cost you (a LOT) keep them comin down cause I need more WP!

If anything shields need a buff to compete with armor.
I've never felt that, rare that armor tanks ever gave my shield tank a hard time.
