There is no comparison.
The swarm launcher wrecks tanker face if they make a mistake (damage mod and prof), while the plasma cannon can't even take out a tanker sitting still.
And that's with a Gallente commando, ya know, the one with the 10% damage bonus to the plasma cannon?
Just to make sure CCP is aware that the PLC needs more work.
Remember when I hopped out and smashed your face in with my dren uplink suit?

Most likely I was in my assault AV suit (I rarely use the commando), which is quite fragile actually, and since it's an assault suit, only has a sidearm as backup. (Probably my syndicate SMG)
It was yesterday when you were in your commando suit. |

I was with bob and another guy using small rail's on bob's maddy. We got horribly pubstomped.
