Every time it tries to sync it a window pops up at around 20% saying, "Download data files corrupt. Please try again later."
Deleted my save data, no effect.

I didn't uninstall the game, but going to the PSN to redownload the game gives an error. "An error has occurred.", and no further enlightenment.
The game is saying, "I'm not working, and that's all you need to know." |

Got the same message while trying to redownload dust. Go to PSN and scroll down to the bottom where it says view downloads. Should show that u tried to download dust514. Click on the down arrow and it should start to download. But I still cant get past 18% while trying to synchronize then I get that stupid message |

Well, I found it on the list in the PlayStation Store. I'll go ahead and delete Dust, and try to reinstall from it... going to take me 90 minutes at least. Gonna go take my girlfriend for some breakfast and be back in a bit. Might be worked out then. If it doesn't, tough break Dust. Her and I will just spend the day playing Battlefield and Elder Scrolls Online.

Yep. Did the 90 reinstall. And it's still saying "downloaded data files corrupt.", and with no word from ccp, that's all she wrote. |

I reinstalled the game, and now it gives me the error at 18% instead of 20%.
Talk about going nowhere fast.
Im guessing this problem has to do with the hotfixes. If you missed one hotfix, it probably jacks you up and stops you from getting the next one. |

That sucks, if that is the case. :-/ I missed HFB by a few days due to vacation. I shouldnt have to get the hotfix on release day to get my game to work.

Having the same issue as well. Got tired of seeing fatal error messages so I decided to delete dust and re-download it. Worst mistake yet -_-
Now I can't even synchronize with the server itself. I keep getting caught at 18%. It's sad when you are afraid of reinstalling a bugged client in fear that the game itself won't work again. This type of stuff is uncalled for even in a F2P game. Seriously...

The real fix would be for CCP to keep updating the client in the PS store when they do major updates. Hell it's the same file size as the client I DLed in Beta. Downloading old clients and constantly updating the server causes issue such as this.

My main account has been around for years, but I just signed onto my alt PSN account to check my SP (first time in several months) and that account has the same issue.

Im having the same problem, i tried everything... Everything, from what im seeing on here most people get it to work by leaving the game alone for a couple days. And then coming back to it in about a week. And ccp does know about this issue they said there doing what they can, but for now its probably best to just give them a couple of days. But like i said i have been doing allot of research sisce this happend to me three days ago.. And from what im seeing the only way people are getting it to work is by just not messin with it for a couple of days... Sorry :( |

We're currently working identifying the issue that's causing this so that we can work on a permanent fix.
