Amarr + Complex Plate + Reps the rest of the way = awesome
Amarr + All reps = even more awesome but you have to use cover a little more.
You will have to work cover a little bit but the resistance to projectiles helps enough against the HMG that you do not need to be fully tanked out if you have your cores maxed.

1v1 at optimal range with HMG the amarr wins everytime unless you just suck. Remember I say this having level 5 in the amarr sentinel which really hurts the DPS the caldari is able to lay down.

Well I guess that is where it comes in that I have proficiency 5 on the HMG and run one complex damage mod most of the time. With that and a basic HMG there are very few suits that give me a problem and they are all Gallente.

If it wasn't an amarr sentinel it would wreck it, but I've faced sentinel ak.o dude with my min sentinel and his about simply would not go down. No logi, no rep hives, just me and him with hmg's. I think I'll go with amarr, just for that decreased projectile damage bonus, and if I don't like how it turns out then I'll get the caldari.. or I can skill both up to adv and then see which I like best. I'll figure it out tomorrow
Run each at Level 1 then at Level 3 to get a feel for the bonus applying as it will be about the same increase when you go to level 5.
