Agreed.
So far, according to the Dust 514 forums, the Alpha and Bravo hot fixes have seen positive changes. We're finally seeing more militia weapons which now results in starter suits finally having their respective racial weapons, Ambush (regular) finally no longer allows vehicles in the match (OMS still allows it), and PC has been rebalanced to make it costly to continue district locking. And that's just for the Bravo Hot Fix.

Let alone handling personal drones, medium assault vehicles, fighters, a Moros glassing the entire surface of the district in one shot, the Orbital Artillery Cannon punching a hole into a Nyx Supercarrier, etc.

I highly doubt that Legion would be anything like Dust. There were so many screw ups in Dust that even CCP acknowledged that the screw ups were too hard to ignore.
