FYI the fed duvolle has less DPS than the HMG

What's the difference? Er, between a regular proto AR I mean? I know the Rail Rifle had something like this awhile ago, is it the same case? Federation version does more damage?

Federation Duvolle = Balac
They accidentally gave it a 1000 RoF and the same damage as a Balac. It's glorious <3
I have never proto stomped but now that DUST 514 is dead I can do it without remorse!! 355 million ISK to go.

Ran in a Gallente FW with AddictPunk and the guys. Four guys in my squad used Federation Duvolles, one used a Federation GEK (FYI, Fed GEK has 1,000 ROF also, lulz), and I used my Templar SCR.
I must be doing something wrong.

Well, were you using a slow ass heavy suit, or something that has a fast regen, and the mobility to take cover, as well as a weapon with significantly more accuracy then an HMG?
There's a reason why we will never see Minnie Scouts toting around Forge Guns or HMGs, would be broken as all hell.

I hope CCP fixes this broken Fed Duvolle soon.
Right now it is cranking out about 40% more dps than a Six Kin Combat Rifle, and that's not including weapon amps or suit bonuses.
