And with that, my Gallente Assault is complete.
It is now a speedy, regenerative, highly damaging platform that uses nothing but Gallente gear.

I have fitting skills maxed, you cannot put better damage mods on.
Well, you can switch to an advanced scanner and put on an enhanced damage mod, but I don't think it's worth it.

Modules aren't race specific.
Unless you use factional modules.
As far as the low slots, IIRC all of those are in the Gallente LP store.
