Some more feedback:
The dispersion is more of a handicap than it is an aid. I could only see a dispersion of this magnitude helpful to someone who was horribly bad at aiming, as the dispersion was fine before and didnt need any changing.
Today, my gunner (bobthe843cakeman) had trouble hitting enemies literally 10m in front of us, due to the dispersion. When they turret did hit the target more than a few times, it did fair damage. We both agreed that we would prefer to use the previous version of the small blaster over the new one, simply because of the unbearable dispersion
All in all I think it was pretty counter intuitive to increase the power of the turret and the hit detection while dramatically reducing accuracy. If you were intending to buff the blaster and give it a role against infantry, you were horribly mistaken with the dispersion. I feel that dispersion should never be this horrible, unless its intended as a balance mechanic; not an ease of use mechanic.
I suggest you remove the dispersion changes ASAP (even before hotfix charlie), as the blaster is arguably even more useless as it was before.
On a different note, I hear that the large blaster got another dispersion increase, officially making it the worst turret in the game. It seems that horrible dispersion is never a good thing, unless the gun fires a wall of bullets (e.g. the HMG). |

I feel like the dispersion is the major problem here. Do you think it would be possible to revert the dispersion entirely, then maybe work our way forwards from there?
The dispersion on the old small blaster was perfectly fine and would go excellently with the current RoF and hit detection improvements (it may even be on par with the other turrets).

The small blaster always had a fair amount of dispersion. I just feel like they changed to many things at once with the blaster turret. |

I'd rather it not have the obscene dispersion at all, rather than putting a bandaid on it |

There was enough dispersion that your shots would bounce around people at far enough ranges, like beyond 100 meters, so a fair compromise would've been just a slight increase in dispersion so they'd start bouncing around people at about 70 or 80 meters.
I can honestly say that large blaster turrets are one of the most useless weapons in the game, because of its massive dispersion. Before bravo hit, it was almost impossible to kill a forge wielding heavy w/ no cover at 40 meters, because so few shots hit. I was overheating before killing the one target I was focusing all my fire on. |
