I absolutely enjoy it when Latino corps get the living daylights stomped out of them.

Hell Dust has made me hate every mexican because they all have loud ***** mics, I dont even let Latinos in my squad.... Plus theres only 1 of em thats any good, thats Colombian, the rest stick to your bean pies.

I learned that my game is as good as a lot of guys but my kdr doesnt show it becauae I wont social climb mt way to a better kdr.

Also you will be miserable without a good corp. Alao squad syncing is a puzzy move and so many guys who do it get eaten solo.

Vehicle players are scrubs.

Sometimes I'll send a mail to tell them to get back to their squad after stomping their solo butts in a 1v1, not to be rude, but because they are good at squad play. Running solo isn't their cup of tea, and running into me doesn't end well. (I'll post a video later showing the difference.)

I have to agree that Columbian Boss is a beast

Personally I have learnt what it means to be a part of something epic in scale.....actually the more I stick around and integrate myself into EVE, as well as campaign in FW systems with OB support as Plexers control the skies for the sake of Reclaiming systems the more apparent it becomes and the more proud I feel to be a part of this.

I mean PIE Inc is one of the oldest Corporations in EVE, its one of the most prestigious corporations in the Amarr Milita and its history is so rich with player created content.... I mean

And the more I stay and earn my place in PIE the more it sways my gaming culture and how I play other games.

I have to say it also teaches me a lot about how I get into new types and genres of games, how I should go about learning the ropes and the rules, as well as all the little flavoursome aspects

And after seeing all of this I know for certain that I want to be a part of whatever PIE Inc has in store in the future. I'll start as the grunt pilot in T2 Assault Frigates and learn PvP, then I'll take that into T2 Cruisers, finally ending when I feel ready for Capitals or T3 Strategic Cruisers. All the while I will be developing True Adamance to become one of the most loyal, iconic, and skilled Amarrian Loyalists the Imperial Guard has.

This perhaps is why I am so hooked on EVE and Legion as I don't think any other game will do scale and purpose as well as EVE and Dust did.

I wish I could get into Eve. I really do. But the point and click, spreadsheet sifting and number crunching really turned me off.

It feels like Runescape in space to me honestly...

I've learned that Sper0 is a dirty liar, and doesn't keep his word. (didn't pay a damn dime in the PFC "passive ISK deal", what a greedy person, he had an entire planet at the time, ridiculous.

Also learned that 99% of tankers are toilet cleaning scrubs who ruined Ambush to the point of vehicles having to be removed.

I've learned many people here are absolute morons who don't understand how OP a 24/7 fully tacnet scan immune suit is. People, the Gallente Scout can not be scanned AT ALL- with only 3 complex dampners, that still to me is not enough of a trade off, should take all of a Proto gals low slots-AND a Cloak. I don't care about the Caldari, at least that guy can be scanned!


I've learned the aiming in this game will probably NEVER be fixed. It's so frustrating trying to aim, knowing that most of my deaths are not my fault. Go to BF3 and set DS3 sensitivity to 80 %, almost no Input lag, and the acceleration is very low. I can aim side to side very quickly. Now go back to Dust, put your X and Y settings to 100%, Y will feel slower, and the aiming will lag, terrible input lag even on a 480i CRT. Manual aiming is very annoying against fast strafing enemies in DUST because you aren't able to aim fast enough.

Let's say enemy 1 moves from point A to point B and back to point A again, this happens very quickly in a short amount of time. He's jumped, and is strafing, therefore your AA is being disabled, forcing you to aim in manual mode. Your try to get your reticule on the guy, but - and again this is with 100% sensitivity on DS3- the input lag and slow acceleration means that by the time your enemy is at point A for the second time, your reticule is barely arriving at point B. The slow acceleration and input lag, severely hinder your aiming. It's very tiring trying to make people here understand how bad the aiming mechanics in DUST514 really are. Again, to see for yourself a great comparison, go to BF3 aim there, then come back to Dust and do the same thing. The difference in aiming quality is ASTOUNDING.

I'm sure this won't be fixed, but I'll cross my fingers that the new staff member Rattati will fix this, I really hope he will.

Your AA is disabled? Forcing you to aim? Ya...... I play on max settings bc dust is so much slower than other shooters and do not have the problems you cry about. Perhaps the malfuction is in your thumbs ?

1. My reflexes have gotten better.
2. Never run after a scout, even when you're almost got the kill on them. It ends up as a remote explosive kill on you.
